These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the limited-time offer providing first-time users with a 1-month trial of the Business Security plan for $0.99, followed by a subscription fee of $69.99 per month thereafter. Please carefully read and understand the following terms before availing of the offer. By participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms govern

• the use of Vulnscanner.ai, and,
• any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner
• The Business Security Plan Trial Offer

in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.

The User must read this document carefully.

Eligibility:

• This offer is available exclusively to first-time users who have not previously subscribed to the Business Security plan.
• Users who have previously canceled and resubscribed are not eligible for this offer.
• The offer is non-transferable and may not be used on a website previously associated with an account.

Trial Period:

• The trial period is for 1 month, starting from the date of subscription at the discounted rate of $0.99.

Subscription Fee:

• After the trial period, the subscription fee for the Business Security plan is $69.99 per month.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period or afterward. Canceling during the trial period will not incur any additional charges.

Offer Expiry:

• The trial offer is available until further notice. Vulnscanner AI reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time.

Benefits of the Business Security Plan:

• During the trial period, users will have access to all the features of the Business Security plan, including but not limited to Unlimited Scans, Automatic Scans, Instant Email Alerts, Military Grade Encrypted Backups and Priority Support.

Continuation of Free Plan:

• Users who subscribe to the Business Security plan trial will retain access to the free plan features during and after the trial period.

Cancellation:

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring additional charges.
• To cancel, users can log in to their account and follow the cancellation instructions.

Non-Transferable:

• The offer is personal to the subscriber and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

Validity:

• The offer is only valid for a one-time use and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Modification or Termination:

• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

General Terms:

• By participating in the offer, users agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any user who violates these terms.
