Is there a difference in results by scanning a website without signing up?

When you sign up, scans are more and more in-depth. By signing up you gain access to more information such as what exactly is vulnerable and remediation tutorial reports.

What are the key differences between the free, pro, and enterprise plans?

The pro and enterprise plans autoscan your website daily, allows email alerts, allows unlimited scan, and fast support. The free plan has limited scans allowed per month and slower support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. When upgrading, you are charged and get access to additional features immediately, when downgrading you either get charged or stop getting charged at the beginning of your next billing cycle, depending on if you are downgrading to a paid or a free plan. You also lose additional features on billing cycle.

Ownership of Target Sites & Licensing

Do I need to own the website that I want to scan?

You need to own or have permission to scan a website. When you sign up you will need to prove that you own the website by placing an alphanumeric key in your website code.

How do I authenticate a website to prove that it is mine?

By placing an alphanumeric key in your website code. Easy to follow step-by-step instructions are provided on your dashboard.

How do I assign a license to a website?

After you authenticate your website, a license is automatically assigned upon first successful scan.

Can I transfer a license to a different website?

Licenses are reset per billing cycle or on the 1st day of the month for Free plans. This mean that according to your plan, you can assign only so many licenses per billing cycle. For example, if you have a pro plan with 3 licenses, you can only add and scan 3 websites per month. If you want to delete one website and add a different one you will be able to do it on your next billing cycle before starting any scan.
